Nishishinyashiki Children’s Park, which was the end point in the previous Shimabara video, is also the starting point of Shomen Dori. So, I will continue to walk along the front street. Shomen Dori is divided by Nishi Honganji, Higashi Honganji, and Shosei-en Garden, but it is a cityscape with many attractions in Kyoto that extends toward Toyokuni Shrine. It is a wonderful street where you can go sightseeing just by walking, such as passing through a large temple, the cityscape is quaint, and you can cross the very tasteful “Shomen Bridge”, which is my favorite bridge across the Kamo River. .. The first time is up to Karasuma Dori, but please enjoy it!
